Aarree Developers Private Limited

We run Aarree Developers Private Limited from an office in Santacruz West. We are in Unit 101 at Sai Mansarovar Co-Op Hsg Ltd, which is right on the corner of 28 S V Road. It is a very busy spot in Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside our windows. S V Road is famous for the traffic, but being at this corner makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling the daily side of the development business. The office isn't anything too special, just a working space where we keep our files and meet with people. We have a lot of history in this part of Mumbai City. Being in a cooperative housing society building means we are right in the middle of a residential area, which feels right for what we do. We aren't some big, faceless corporation. We are just a team of people working out of Unit 101. Usually, the mornings are the busiest with people coming in and out. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We just do the work that needs doing in the real estate world. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, but that’s just the nature of building things in a city like this. We like the location here because everything we need is close by and the tea stall downstairs is great.
