Aakash Area Lifeaakash Area Life Spaces Llp is based in the Morya Estate Commercial Prem Co-op Society in Oshiwara. We have a few rooms there, specifically 501, 502, and 503. We also have a presence at B-1, CTS No 618 on the New Link Road in Andheri West. It sounds like a lot of addresses, but it is all basically in the same general area of the city. Having our office in Andheri West means we are always in the thick of things. It is a very busy part of Mumbai with a lot of energy. We deal with living spaces and how people use them, which means we spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and city regulations. The office is usually full of people talking and phones ringing. It isn't a quiet place, but that is how we like it. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms, and there are always stacks of drawings everywhere. We are a local team, and most of us live nearby, so we know the area very well. We don't pretend to be a huge international company. We are just a local firm trying to make a mark in the real estate world. We spend our days dealing with builders, architects, and the local authorities. It can be a real headache sometimes with all the rules, but we just take it one step at a time and try to do a good job for our clients. We have been in these parts for years.
