Up here on the tenth floor of First Avenuebldg., you get a decent view of Link Road. We’re in Gala No.1001, right in the heart of Malad. Aadinath Habitats Private Limited has been around for a bit, mostly focusing on how people live in this part of Mumbai. The office gets quite a lot of sunlight in the mornings. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a group that knows Malad and the surrounding suburbs really well. Working on Cts No.1199/E involves a lot of technical details that keep us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a deadline. The building is quite modern, but our office feels more like a workspace where real things happen in Mumbai City-400064. We have maps of Maharashtra pinned to the walls and samples of materials sitting in the corners. It can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big planning phase. We don’t go for those polished sales pitches. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk through what’s possible for a site. People come to us because we’re local and we don’t talk in circles. Malad is changing fast with all the new construction, and we are right in the thick of it. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the foundations are right before we worry about the rest. It's a lot of work but we enjoy it.
