You can find us at B 1,11 on Juhu Lane in Andheri West. We’re pretty close to the Erla Masjid, which is how we usually tell people to find us when they get lost. Aaddaps Advants Llp is a small operation, and our office reflects that. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in, but it keeps things social. Being in this part of Mumbai means there’s never a quiet moment outside. There’s always a bike zooming past or someone selling something on the street. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to stay organized amidst piles of documents and hard drives. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we just use the kettle in the corner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to really worry about that right now. We work on a lot of different things, and it usually involves a fair amount of trial and error. It’s a very hands-on environment. If something breaks, one of us usually fixes it instead of calling a technician. It’s a bit messy, a bit loud, and very much a local Mumbai business. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just show up every morning, deal with the Juhu traffic, and try to get through the to-do list before the sun goes down and we head home.
