We are based at A. K. Hi-Tech Developers Llp, and you can find us at the Youth Qureshi Chs Ltd building on 131 Carter Road. Our office is Flat No. 202, which is on the second floor. Being right opposite Joggers Park in Bandra (W) is actually quite nice because we get to see a bit of green and people out for their walks while we’re working. Bandra is a lively neighborhood, and Carter Road is one of those places that everyone knows. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s right in the heart of things. We’ve been here for a while now, and we like the vibe of this street. It’s a bit different from the more industrial parts of the city. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through our development plans and keeping track of our different sites. We don't have a big corporate feel; it’s more like a small group of people who know each other well and just want to get the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. It’s a good place to be, and having the park right across the road makes the workdays feel a little less long. We’re just regular folks doing our best to build things in this part of town and keeping things moving.
