Our office is tucked away in the RNA Classic building over on SV Road in Santacruz West. If you’ve ever driven down North Avenue, you’ve probably passed by us without even noticing. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, especially with all the noise from the main road. We’re up on the second floor, room 204. It’s a pretty straightforward setup where we handle local real estate deals. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the latest listings in the Santacruz area. Dealing with property around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes because everything moves so fast, but we manage. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; it’s more about a few of us who know the streets and the buildings around the western suburbs. People come in looking for apartments or office spaces, and we try to give them a straight answer about what’s actually out there. Some days are slow, while others involve running around to different sites all afternoon. SV Road is always packed, which makes getting around a challenge, but that’s just life in this city. We keep our files organized and try to make sure the paperwork doesn’t pile up too high. It’s practical work, mostly just helping people find a decent place to stay or work without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We are usually here until late evening.
