Our office is in the Eaze Zone Mall on Link Road in Goregaon West. We are up on the second floor, shop number 4021. It might seem a bit odd to have a construction company inside a mall, but it actually works out well for us. It’s a central spot and easy for people to find. We go by the name 3SNEXT CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We aren't some big corporate entity; we're just a group of people who know the construction trade inside and out. Mumbai is a tough place to build things because of the space and the traffic, but we've been doing it for long enough to figure out the tricks. Most of our work is around Goregaon and the neighboring suburbs. We spend our mornings on-site and usually head to the office in the afternoon to deal with all the paperwork and bills. It's not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust, noise, and dealing with various departments for permissions. But we like the feeling of finishing a project. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. We just tell you what the costs are and how long it’ll take. Sometimes there are delays, especially when the weather is bad, but we try to stay honest about it. Being in Eaze Zone Mall gives us a bit of a break from the heat, which is nice. We are just a local Mumbai business trying to do honest work and stay busy.
