We are over here at Shop No 3 in the Versova Chetna building, right on JP Road in Andheri West. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know how busy it gets outside. Our space isn't very big, but it’s where we spend most of our days getting things sorted out. It’s just a regular shopfront where a few of us sit and handle the foundation stuff. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road is a bit much, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We started this because there was a lot to do in the neighborhood and we figured having a fixed spot would help. It’s not fancy inside, just some desks and some old chairs, and usually some tea going around. People from the nearby buildings drop in now and then to say hello or ask about what we are doing. We try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. The address is 400053, which is a good area to be in, though parking is always a headache near Versova. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us working out of this small room on JP Road. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork or planning to do for the next week. It feels good to have a place where locals can find us easily without needing an appointment or anything formal. We keep the shop open for most of the day.
