Yoke Apparels Llp

Yoke Apparels Llp operates out of the second floor of Plot 524, which is the Elar building. We are located on Kakasaheb Gadgil Marg, right in the Tilak Bhavan area of Dadar West. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. The space is not huge, but we managed to fit all the tables and machines we need. We spend most of our time standing up, moving between the cutting area and the finished piles. Getting to work can be a bit of a struggle because Dadar is always crowded, but being central helps when we need to pick up supplies quickly. The building itself is older, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and dust. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk up to the second floor and you will find us there. Often, there are threads all over the floor by noon, no matter how much we sweep. We share the floor with some other small businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just wait a second and get back to it. It is a honest day of work for all of us here. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby and eat quickly so we can get back to the orders. It is just how we do things in this part of town.
