Chembur is a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of that energy. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard structure with various units. Inside, we've set things up simply. There are enough chairs for everyone and a small corner where we keep our files. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, so we usually take a rickshaw if we are running late. The neighborhood has a lot of small eateries, so lunch is never a problem. We aren't the type of company that has big meetings in boardrooms. We usually just talk things over while sitting at our desks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the power goes off for a few minutes, but we just wait it out. It is a very local way of working.
