If you are looking for XLNT VENTURES LLP, you’ll find us way up on the 12th floor of the Marathon Icon building. We are located in Lower Parel West, right off Ganpatrao Kadam Marg. Most people know the area because we are directly opposite the Peninsula Corporate Park, which is a big landmark around here. Working on the 12th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just focused on what’s on our desks. The lift ride up to 1206 can take a minute when everyone is arriving in the morning. Lower Parel is always moving fast, and our street is no different. It gets pretty packed with cars and people around lunch time. We have been in this spot for some time now. It’s a decent building to work in, and being in the West side of the district makes things easier for some of the staff who commute. We don’t go in for anything too flashy in the office. It’s just a standard workspace with desks and chairs where we handle our daily business affairs. You get used to the rhythm of the Marathon Icon after a few weeks. It’s a lot of office workers and coffee runs throughout the day. We just do our part here in suite 1206. It’s a straightforward setup for us, nothing more and nothing less. Just a local business trying to stay on top of things without any corporate polish or fancy promises to show off.
