Workforce Hr Llp is based out of Jogeshwari West. If you know the area, we are in Range Heights CHS Ltd, which is on the Behram Baug Link Road. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside our windows on the sixth floor. We’ve been at A 601 for a while now. The office is basically just a place for us to sit down and figure out who is hiring and who needs a job. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, back and forth all day. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush. We handle a lot of different types of roles, so our days are never exactly the same. One morning we might be talking to a driver and the next to someone for an office role. It’s just how the recruitment business goes. We try to be straightforward with everyone who calls us. There’s no point in making things complicated. We just look at what a company wants and try to find someone who fits that description. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us on our toes. The neighborhood has plenty of places to grab a quick snack, which is good because we usually work through lunch and need something fast to eat.
