Our place is at 7 Ambe Bhuvan, on Plot No. 624A in Khar West. We are right near the Telephone Exchange, at the junction of 24th Road. If you know the area, you know how hectic that corner can get with all the cars and people. Ambe Bhuvan is one of those older buildings that has a lot of character. Whoa Mama Hospitality is based here, and we spend our days managing everything from this little office. It’s not a sleek, modern space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desks are a bit old. But it’s where we work, and it feels right. Khar has this specific vibe that we really enjoy being part of. We aren't a huge hospitality group with thousands of rooms. We’re more of a small, local outfit. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with people in the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It’s just us making decisions as they come up. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but then it gets too hot. It’s just one of those things you deal with in Mumbai. We like the grit of the city and the fact that we’re right in the middle of it. We just keep working and trying to stay organized.
