We operate from the Arcadia building over in Nariman Point. Our office is unit 1103. It's a well-known building in a very busy part of Mumbai. Being at 195 Nariman Point means we are right in the middle of all the commercial action. The office itself is quite high up on the eleventh floor. From the windows, you get a decent view of the other buildings around here. It’s a typical professional space, though we keep it fairly relaxed inside. We’ve been here for some time now. White Lotus Estate Developers Llp is the name we use for our estate development work. Most of our time is spent looking at maps, discussing land, and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not all glamorous; there’s a lot of boring paperwork involved too. The building has a lot of other offices, so the elevators are always packed during lunch hour. We usually grab something quick to eat from the stalls nearby. The office isn't overly decorated. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't really go for the high-end corporate aesthetic. We just need a place to coordinate our projects. Nariman Point is a long commute for some of us, but it’s where the work is. We try to stay organized and keep things moving forward. It’s a steady pace here. Nothing too frantic, just the regular flow of a development business in the city. We like the energy of the area. It stays busy from morning until late evening.
