Wautor Ventures Llp

We are located at Unit 2B 60 inside the Phoenix Paragon Plaza Mall. This is on LBS Marg, specifically at the Kurla Kamani Junction in Kurla West, Mumbai. Being in a mall is a bit different from a traditional office building. There is always a lot of foot traffic and music playing in the hallways of the plaza. We are in the 400070 pincode area of Maharashtra. Our unit is a compact space that we’ve filled with our computers and a few chairs for when we have guests. It can get a bit loud during the weekends when the mall is full of shoppers, but during the week, it’s a fairly steady place to work. Wautor Ventures Llp has been here for a little while now. We like the convenience of having everything nearby, like the food court and the various shops, even if it means navigating through crowds sometimes. The office itself is pretty simple. We didn't go for any expensive renovations. It’s just white walls and functional desks. We focus on the work that comes in and try to stay organized. Kurla is a very central spot, which makes it easy for us to meet people if we need to. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic area, but we’ve found our own rhythm within the mall. It’s just how we operate. We keep the door closed to muffle the mall noise and just get on with it.
