Watermark Growth Llp is situated on the 10th floor of Maker Chamber V, which is a well-known building on Jamnalal Bajaj Road. We occupy units 1009 and 1010. Being on the tenth floor means we have to wait for the elevators quite a bit, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to their offices. This part of Mumbai, near Nariman Point, is always busy with people in suits and cars everywhere. Our office space is divided between the two units, and it’s mostly filled with desks, chairs, and stacks of documents that we need for our daily work. The view from this height is actually quite interesting, looking out over the city and the nearby buildings on Plot 221. It can get a bit hectic in this area, but once you are inside the office, it’s just us doing our thing. We don’t have any fancy decor or anything like that; it’s just a functional space for a working team. Jamnalal Bajaj Road is a famous stretch, and being here feels like being in the heart of the business district. We grab our tea from the local vendors or the small shops nearby. It’s a long day usually, and the commute back can be tiring, but this is where we are based. We focus on getting through the tasks on our list and keeping the office running smoothly without much fuss or corporate polish.
