Our business, Vs Rare Quench Llp, operates out of Bolinj Naka. To be exact, we are in the Green View building, E Wing, Flat Number 43. Bolinji is a part of the city that has its own rhythm. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of branches. It is just a few of us here. Our focus is on the beverage side of things because it felt like something we could do well. The name might sound a bit different, but we are just regular people. Every morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be sent out. We have had our share of rainy days where the roof leaked a bit, but we fixed it. That is just part of having a place in Mumbai. We like being in Bolinj. It is close enough to the main parts of the city but has its own feel. Our neighbors in the E Wing are used to us being around. We try not to make too much noise during the day. Running an LLP means there is paperwork, but we prefer the actual work of dealing with our items. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to set things right. There is no big mission statement on the wall. We just want to provide something good from our little corner in Green View. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, making sure everything arrives on time. It is a simple life and we like it.
