VP CASA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are VP Casa Constructions LLP and our office is in Kandivali East. You can find us at 203 in the B Wing of Vasant Sarita. We’re right near the Gokul Nagar off-ramp for the Western Express Highway. It’s literally opposite the HDFC Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. Being so close to the highway means there’s a constant hum of traffic, but it’s convenient for getting to our different project sites. The office itself is just a standard room where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the day’s work. We do a lot of construction-related things, so there’s usually a lot of talk about materials, costs, and labor. We aren't into making ourselves sound bigger than we are. It’s just a small team of us working out of this space in Kandivali. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with blueprints spread out over every available surface. We don't really care about having a polished look as long as the work gets done right. The area around here is always busy, and there’s always something being built or fixed. We’re just part of that whole process. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a decent place to work from, even if the commute through the Kandivali traffic can be a bit of a struggle most days. We stay focused on the builds and keep things moving forward.
