We've been working out of the office near Sadanand Hotel for a while now. It's right there in Topliwadi Zopadpatti on A K Road. Being in Andheri East keeps us busy because there’s always something happening around here. Vigor Homes & Realty Llp started because we saw how much people struggle with finding a decent place to live or invest in without getting a headache. Our spot is pretty tucked away behind the hotel, but locals know where it is. We spend most of our days talking to neighbors and checking out properties nearby. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we keep all our files and meet folks who need help with real estate stuff. People come in, we sit down with some tea, and look at what's available on the market. Sometimes the traffic on A K Road is a total mess, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We know the lanes around Topliwadi well. Dealing with houses and land isn't always easy, but we try to keep things straightforward. No big promises, just looking at the paperwork and making sure things move along. If you’re walking past Sadanand Hotel, you might see us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit, and we just do our work day by day. It’s a lot of running around, but that’s the job.
