VIFA REALTY LLP

You can find us up on the 5th floor, specifically in rooms 14 and 15 at Aurum Platz. VIFA Realty LLP is located on K M Munshi Marg, right near the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan in the Grant Road area. It is a decent building, though finding parking around here can be a real pain some days. We do real estate work as an LLP. It is mostly about helping people figure out where they want to live or work in this part of the city. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time looking at floor plans and legal documents. It is just a few of us here, keeping the operations going. We are not some massive corporation with hundreds of offices; we are just here at Grant Road. Sometimes the elevator in this building is slow, so we have learned to be patient with it. We handle the usual property stuff, like buying, selling, and leasing. It is a lot of talking on the phone and meeting people at different plots across the neighborhood. We do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is. Real estate is just about matching people with the right space, and that is what we do day in and day out. We have been in this office for a while now and know the local area pretty well. It is a lot of work, but it keeps us busy and moving along.
