Velstand Realty Llp operates out of Washington Plaza in Goregaon West. Our office is right on the ground floor, at G 1, so it is pretty easy for people to find us when they are walking down Topiwala Lane. We have been here for a while and the location is quite convenient for anyone living or working in this part of Mumbai. There is always a lot of activity on the street outside, with people going to the station or shops. Inside the office, it is mostly us dealing with real estate stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and looking for new listings. Goregaon West has changed a lot lately, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to stay on top of what is available in the local market. It is not a very big space, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. It’s more about sitting down and figuring out what people are looking for. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few clients come in at once, but we manage. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of what’s happening in the lane. It feels like a proper local business where you can just walk in and have a chat about houses or shops.
