Varalakshmi Ethnic Wear Llp

Our workshop is over in Goregaon West, specifically at Unnath Nagar 4. We are in unit 19 X 161, which is part of the Thomas Enterprises area on M G Road. It’s right across from Our Lady of Rosary Church. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of people walking by all the time. We focus on ethnic wear. The place is packed with colorful fabrics and traditional designs. It’s not a fancy boutique with glass walls. It’s a working shop where you can hear the sewing machines going most of the day. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know us. We are just a small team of people who know how to sew and handle fabric. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains hard, but we just put the stock on higher shelves and keep going. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just make clothes that people want to wear for their special days or just daily life. The church bells across the street are a nice way to keep track of the time. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the material to the final stitch. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the inventory, but we make it work. It’s just us doing what we know best in our little corner of Goregaon.
