We are located on the second floor of Raghuleela Mall in Shop 180. It is right near the Poisar Bus Depot in Kandivali West. Being in a mall is quite different from a street-side shop. There is always air conditioning and people walking around. Vanam Realtors is just our small office tucked away in a corner of the second floor. We have been here for a while. It is a convenient place because everyone knows where the mall is. We handle real estate things for the Kandivali area and nearby spots. Our office is small, just enough space for a few desks and some files. We don't do any big advertisements. People usually see our name while they are shopping or heading to the food court and stop in. It is a lot of talking to families looking for flats. Kandivali West is a crowded place, but we know the streets and buildings well. Sometimes we go down to the bus depot area to meet clients. We just try to be practical and give people the facts. There is no need for corporate talk here. We are just local residents who know the property market in this part of Mumbai. It is a busy life but we enjoy the pace of the mall. We usually stay until the mall closes in the evening.
