V4 ESTATE LLP

We have a small shop in Vikhroli, located at Shop No 7/B/A in the Amrapali Co-operative Housing Society. It is right across from the Piraj Shah Godrej Hall. If you know the area, it is quite a prominent landmark. V4 Estate is where we manage our real estate work. It’s a modest shop, not one of those fancy glass-fronted offices you see in the newer parts of Mumbai. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in folders. Vikhroli is a great place to work because it has a mix of everything. We spend a lot of our day dealing with the local housing market. It involves a lot of talking and listening to what people are looking for. We don’t have a big marketing strategy; we just rely on being there and helping people out. Some days the shop is very quiet, and we just catch up on some reading or talk to the neighbors. Other days, it’s a constant stream of people asking about prices and availability. We try to give them the straight story without any fluff. Real estate can be complicated with all the legalities, so we spend a lot of time making sure the documents are in order. We’ve been a part of this society for a long time now. We aren't looking to expand into a giant firm; we’re happy just being the local real estate people in Vikhroli.
