V LAXMI EKTA DEVELOPERS LLP is located in Vikhroli East, specifically in Building 150 of Kannamwar Nagar. Our office is Shop No. 2 in the C Wing, and we are right near the local Shiv Sena Shakha. It is a very lively part of town. You have got people going about their business at all hours, and the energy of the neighborhood definitely spills into our office. The space inside is quite small, so we have to stay organized to make sure we do not lose track of all the site documents and permits. We have been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. There is no fancy lobby here. It is just a functional room where we handle the day-to-day tasks of a developer. We deal with a lot of local paperwork and talk to a lot of contractors. Sometimes it feels like there are not enough hours in the day to get everything finished, but we manage. The office has that typical Mumbai feel where every inch of space is used for something important. We do not have any mission statements on the wall, just calendars and maybe a photo or two. It is an honest, local operation where we focus on the buildings we are working on. We like being in Vikhroli because it keeps us close to the heart of things. It is just us, working away in our shop every day.
