Uth-N-Yng Llp

Our place is Flat 301 on the 3rd floor of the Makhla Building. It is located at Plot 5 along V N Purav Marg in Sainath Nagar. We are quite close to Chunabhatti, which makes it a fairly central spot for us to be based in Mumbai. The building itself is just a regular structure and we have been here for some time now. Getting up to the third floor is part of the daily routine for everyone at Uth-N-Yng Llp. The area around Sainath Nagar can get pretty crowded, especially with the traffic on the main road nearby. You can usually hear the sounds of the city from the windows. It is not a very quiet area but it has a lot of energy. Inside the office, things are kept pretty basic. We have the usual desks and chairs and not much else in terms of extra stuff. We like it that way because it keeps things focused. The commute for the staff varies, but many of us are used to the local trains and buses that run through this part of the city. Being near Chunabhatti is handy for getting around. The Makhla Building has other offices and residents too, so there is always a mix of people in the hallways. It feels like a very normal, hardworking part of Mumbai. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home.
