Upturn Realty Llp is based over in Jogeshwari East. Our office is on the first floor of Colleen Est & Properties P.L., which is located in the Premson Compound on Caves Road. It’s a very busy street, especially because it’s right opposite the Jain temple. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people visiting the temple, which we’ve just gotten used to over time. The compound itself is a bit older, so it has a lot of character, but the stairs can be a bit steep. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of property matters in the Jogeshwari area and beyond. It’s a lot of coordination with buyers and sellers, and we end up doing a lot of walking back and forth to different sites. The office is filled with the usual stuff—piles of paper, a few computers, and half-empty water bottles. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here. It's more of a place where we drink a lot of chai and try to figure out the best way to handle a client's needs. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the office a real struggle, but we're usually here rain or shine. We just take it one day at a time, managing the properties and the people as honestly as we can. It's a busy life, but it's what we do.
