If you head over to Platinum Apartments on C D Barfiwala Marg, you'll find our office on the second floor in room B 202. We are Unnati Marigold Realtors LLP. Juhu Lane is always active, so it's a lively spot to be working out of. We’ve been set up here for some time now, just handling the regular real estate stuff that comes our way. The office isn't anything too elaborate, just some desks and the usual equipment we need to keep track of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in Mumbai, just a group that stays on top of the details. Most of the day is spent on the phone or going through documents. It can get a bit noisy with the street traffic below, but we’re used to the pace of the neighborhood by now. We like being in this part of the city because it's easy for people to find us if they need to drop off papers or have a quick chat. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but not too bad if the weather is okay. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working in a flat that we turned into a workspace. It works for what we need to do. Every day is a bit different, but the location stays the same and we keep at it.
