Univista Ventures Llp is located on the ground floor of the R. Jivraj Shamji Building. We are at 52/58 Babu Genu Road in Kalbadevi. If you know Kalbadevi, you know it’s one of the busiest and oldest parts of the city. There’s always something happening outside the door, whether it’s handcarts moving goods or people shouting. Our office is on the ground floor, which is convenient but also means we hear everything from the street. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We do a bit of everything here—ventures, investments, and general business stuff. It’s a crowded space because we have a lot of files from over the years. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, but it works for us. The heat in the summer can be tough since the building is old, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and we like being in the heart of the market. It’s real and it’s where the actual business happens every single day.
