You can find us at Vaikunth, which is building number 56 on Lallubhai Park Road in Andheri West. It's a decent area with a bit more space than other parts of the city. We operate as an LLP, mostly focusing on various building projects around Mumbai. Our office is where we handle all the planning and the boring paperwork that comes with construction. Andheri is always a bit of a maze, especially with the traffic on the main roads, but we’ve been here long enough to know our way around. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a few of us making sure the sites are running the way they should. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. Sometimes the weather in Mumbai really messes with our timelines, but there isn't much you can do about the rain. We don't have a glossy brochure or a team of people trying to sell you things. We just take on projects that we know we can handle. Our days are filled with checking deliveries, looking at site photos, and making sure the labor is showing up on time. It is a lot of routine work, but it’s what we know. We just want to get the job done and move on to the next one without any unnecessary drama or complications.
