Unicentric Infrabuild Llp

Our office is at 302 on the third floor of the India Printing House building. It is located at 42 G.D. Ambekar Marg in Wadala West. We have been here in Mumbai for a while now. Unicentric Infrabuild LLP is basically what we do—infrastructure and various building projects. The office isn't anything special, just a place with some desks and a lot of folders stacked up. Wadala is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city pretty easily from here. We aren't a big company with hundreds of people. It is just a small crew of us trying to get things built. A typical day for us is a mix of making phone calls and checking on site progress. Infrastructure can be a real headache with all the rules and the delays you just cannot control. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It is hard work and it gets messy quite often. We do not use those corporate phrases you see in brochures. We just talk to people normally. If a project is running late, we say so and try to fix it. We have been in the India Printing House for a bit now and it suits us just fine. People know where to find us if they need to discuss a project. We aren't looking to be famous, we just want to keep the work coming in.
