Turtleneck Foods Llp is tucked away in the Bank of India Staff Sheetal CHS. We’re at D 13, right near the Ayappa Temple in Ram Nagar. If you’re driving down S V Road, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times without even realizing it. We like it that way. We aren't looking for big neon signs or a lot of attention. We’re just a small LLP working on food projects that we actually care about. The building is a bit older, but it has a nice community feel. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or at the desks we squeezed into the back room. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes, especially when we have a lot of supplies delivered. Being near the temple means there’s always a bit of peace in the air, even when S V Road is noisy with traffic. We don't have a corporate structure with levels of management. It’s just us doing the work, from washing the floors to signing the contracts. We try to keep things simple and practical. We’re not trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the food we produce is honest and worth the money. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, which keeps us grounded. We focus on the small details because that’s what actually matters when you’re in the food business. It’s a lot of long hours, but we enjoy what we do.
