Tkitko Homes Llp is based on the 1st Floor of Ishwar Niwas, which is on Plot 30/32. You’ll find us in Akhetwadi 5th Lane, just off SVP Road. It’s a busy, old-school part of the city where space is tight and everyone knows their neighbors. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we get everything organized. Working near SVP Road means there is always noise and movement outside our windows. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves, from the initial designs to the final handovers. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth or just because they saw our boards at a construction site nearby. The 5th Lane is a bit narrow, so it’s always an adventure getting materials delivered. We spend our days dealing with the realities of urban construction. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with local regulations, which isn't always fun, but it’s necessary. We try to be as helpful as we can when someone walks in with a question. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; you just talk to whoever is available at the desk. We are just normal people trying to build good homes in a crowded city. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time, making sure we don’t overcomplicate things for ourselves or our clients. Life on SVP Road is never boring, that’s for sure.
