Thew Pueblo Gourmet Llp is located in Dahisar West, right above the Majestic Hotel on Kandar Road. We’re in the A Wing of Nilangi Apartments, specifically in room 401. It’s a familiar spot for people in the neighborhood because the hotel is such a big landmark. Being on the fourth floor, we’re high enough to miss some of the street noise, but you still hear the buses and the general hustle of Dahisar. The office itself is pretty simple. We haven't done much in the way of fancy decorating; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of work. We chose this spot because it’s convenient for us to get to and it’s a well-known area. The walk from the station isn't too bad, though it can be a sweat in the summer months. We aren't a big outfit with a human resources department and a cafeteria. It’s just a small group of people who know each other well and work together every day. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes off the coast, even if it brings in some dust. It’s a real place where real work happens, and we don’t try to make it seem like anything more than that. Most of our days are spent on the phone or at our computers, just like anyone else trying to make a living in this city. It has become our second home over the years we've been here.
