TEJASVI VILLAPLEX LLP

We operate out of JB Nagar in Andheri East. Specifically, our office is at Shree Satyasaideep CHS, Plot 30. It is unit number one. If you know this part of Mumbai, it is a pretty central and busy spot. Traffic can be a real nightmare around here, especially if you are trying to get near the metro station in the evening. We are Tejasvi Villaplex. We spend our days working on building projects and different housing complexes. There is always someone calling the office about a site update or some delivery that didn't show up on time. Our office is small and usually feels a bit cluttered with samples and catalogs. We have a couple of ceiling fans that have to work overtime during the summer months. It is not a fancy setup at all. We just need a place to meet and talk about the next steps for our constructions. Sometimes we sit out in the common area of the society just to get some fresh air. The neighborhood has some really good food joints nearby, so we are not complaining when it comes to lunch. We handle a lot of the boring legal and administrative work that comes with building houses. It is a lot of paperwork and stamps. Everyone knows each other in this building. It feels like a small community. We do not have a marketing team. It is just us doing our jobs.
