Teconsta Llp

Our office is located in Malad East, specifically in NNP Colony 5, Zone 1. We are in Building 4, Wing C, Plot 1. It’s right on Film City Road, which usually has a lot of traffic, especially in the evenings. Teconsta Llp is a small operation. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you. It's just a place where we sit and figure out the technical side of our projects. Usually, the desk is covered in drawings and site notes. Malad is a crowded spot, but it’s convenient for getting around to different parts of Mumbai when we need to check on work. We started this because we knew the trade and wanted to do things on our own terms. It’s not always easy. Some months are packed and we’re working late, and other times it’s a bit slower. We just take it as it comes. The building we are in is quite standard for this part of the city. We don’t spend much on decorating the office since most of our time is spent out where the actual building happens. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take longer, we say so. No point in making promises that won't happen. It’s just us doing our bit in the construction world here in Malad. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we moved in.
