Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Temple Bells, right on K M Munshi Marg. If you know the Babulnath Temple area near Grant Road, you know exactly where we are. It’s Plot 37. TALIB FATEHI PROJECTS LLP has been working from this spot for a while. It’s a busy part of the city, always noisy with traffic and people heading to the temple. We don't have a massive signage or anything. Just a regular door at number 102. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, files, and phones ringing. We spend our days managing various projects from here. Space is tight in this part of Mumbai, so we make do with what we have. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic, especially during festival times when the streets are packed. We like being centrally located though. It makes getting around the city a bit easier, even if the traffic is a headache. We aren't some big corporate firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there working on a computer or talking to a contractor. We do our work, keep track of our sites, and try to stay organized. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we do. We’ve been around Grant Road long enough to know the neighborhood well. It’s home for the business and we just keep things moving.
