Swar-Gouri Constructions Llp is located at 9/10 Navsaibaba Apt, 30 Kasar Hatt, right opposite Ramwa Di. It is a local setup and we have been here for a bit. The office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We do general construction work and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting with workers at different spots. Kasar Hatt is a busy little area and there is always something happening outside. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to get things built. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are finished properly. Sometimes we run into problems with the local supply chain, but we usually find a way around it. It is honest, manual work for the most part. We handle the planning and the labor management. People know us in the neighborhood and they stop by to chat or ask about a project. It is a very direct way of working. We don't use fancy technology, just our experience and a lot of hard work. It is what we know and what we do every day. We hope to stay here for many years to come.
