SUYASH HOLDING AND ESTATE DEVELOPERS LLP

Working out of the Venus Building in Cuffe Parade keeps us pretty busy. We are on the fourth floor, Suite 43, right on G. D. Somani Marg. It’s a hectic part of Mumbai, but being here makes sense for Suyash Holding and Estate Developers LLP. We deal with property and holdings mostly. It isn't always glamorous work, despite being in such a well-known area. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or looking over maps of different plots. We have this one plot, number 40, that we’ve been focusing on lately. The traffic around here can be a real headache, but you get used to it after a few years. My desk is usually covered in folders and half-finished cups of tea. We started this firm because we knew the Mumbai real estate market inside out, for better or worse. It’s just a group of us who have worked together for a long time. We aren’t trying to sound like those big corporate giants you see on television. We’re just local people trying to manage these estates without too many hiccups. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but that's just how the system works here. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand. If you’re ever near the building, you’ll see our small sign by the lift. It’s a plain office but it works for us.
