Sunshine Suburbs India Hotel Llp is located in Malad West. We have an office on the second floor, B 202, in Tirumala Apartment. It’s right opposite Ushma Nagar in the Evershine Nagar area. This part of Malad is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We like it that way. The office is just a simple two-room setup. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. It’s just where we sit and manage our hotel-related tasks. Most of the time, the windows are open to let in some air, though it can get a bit noisy with kids playing outside or cars passing by. We’ve been in Evershine Nagar for a while. It’s a friendly neighborhood. There’s a small shop downstairs where we get our daily supplies. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle all the hospitality stuff manually, keeping track of everything in our ledgers and computers. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't use much jargon or have long meetings about strategy. We just see what needs doing and we do it. The walk from the station is a bit long, so most of us use the rickshaws. It’s a practical, local business hub for us in Mumbai.
