We are based in Andheri West, specifically at Shalimar Morya Park 3. Our office units are 04 and 05, right on the ground floor area near Plot B-2. If you know the New Link Road, we are just off that main stretch. Sunlight Developers and Realtors LLP handles a mix of things, from building to helping people find spaces. Mumbai is a tough place for real estate, but we’ve been at it for a while now. The office is often a bit messy with maps and site photos pinned up everywhere. We aren't the type to wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a big meeting. Usually, we are just in casual clothes, drinking tea and trying to get through the day’s tasks. The area around here is always loud with cars and people, which is just part of being in Andheri. We deal with all sorts of people, from big investors to families looking for a small spot. We don't promise things we can't do. If a project is going to take a year, we say it’ll take a year. It’s better to be upfront about things in this business. We enjoy the hustle of the Mumbai property market even if it gets stressful sometimes. It's just a group of us working hard to keep the projects moving along in this busy city.
