SUNIL SBM CONSTRUCTION LLP

Sunil SBM Construction LLP is located in the old Naaz Cinema Building. We are up on the 5th floor in unit 5G. The building is on Dr. Dadasaheb Bhadkamkar Marg in the Girgaon area. It’s a classic Mumbai building with a lot of history, which makes working here interesting. The streets outside are always crowded and noisy, but it’s a good spot to be in the middle of everything. We handle various construction jobs from this office. It’s not a fancy modern space; it’s more about being practical and having enough room for our files and equipment. We usually have people coming in to talk about new projects or check on current ones. The lift in the building can be slow, but it gets the job done. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Girgaon has a specific vibe that we really like. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't go for big marketing campaigns, we just rely on doing our work correctly so people come back to us. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes long hours when a deadline is coming up. We try to keep a steady pace and deal with the challenges of construction as they appear. There’s always something to fix or a plan to revise. We’re just here doing our bit in the industry. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep us going.
