We are located over in the Western Industrial Co-operative Estate. It's Plot Number 6, specifically units F 11 and 12. Being in the SEEPZ WICEL area of MIDC means it’s always busy around here. It is a real industrial vibe in this part of Andheri East. Most people know the area for all the manufacturing and offices packed together. Sunanj LLP is just a small setup among all the big names. We have our workspace set up to handle what comes our way. It’s not a polished showroom or anything, just a functional space where we work. The roads get pretty crowded during shift changes, which is just part of life in MIDC. We’ve been here for a while now. The building is older but it works for us. We just focus on the daily stuff that needs to get finished. Sometimes the power flickers or the trucks block the entrance, but we manage. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. You won't find any fancy art on the walls here. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. We know the neighbors and we know the tea stall around the corner. That’s pretty much how it is for us every day. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a decent spot to be if you want to be in the middle of the action in Andheri. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a simple life here in the industrial estate. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the gears turning in our little corner of the estate.
