Suji Builders And Developers Llp is tucked away in Bhandup West, right there in Station Plaza on the fifth floor of the A-wing. If you know the Station Road area, you know how noisy it gets with all the commuters and traffic, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. Our office at A-2005 is where we handle most of the planning and paperwork for our building projects. It’s not a large place, just a simple office with a few desks and some stacks of blueprints lying around. We spend most of our mornings on the phone with sites or talking to local vendors about supplies. Being builders in Mumbai means dealing with a lot of moving parts every day. Some days are just filled with meetings, and other days we’re out looking at progress on a site nearby. It’s honest work that keeps us busy. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live in the neighborhood or saw one of our boards near the station. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage, but usually, we’re just regular people trying to do a decent job for the community. The tea guy downstairs knows our order by heart now. That’s just how it is for us here in Bhandup. We keep at it, one brick at a time, until the job is done.
