Our office is located at Nirlon House on Dr. Annie Besant Road. Being in Worli puts us right in the middle of Mumbai’s chaos. It might sound fancy because we are on the third floor of a big building, but we are just regular people managing projects. Traffic outside is a constant nightmare and the street noise never stops. Most days involve staring at schedules and talking to contractors on the phone. It isn't all big meetings; a lot of it is dealing with city permits and delivery delays. Working in Mumbai for a long time has taught us how the city operates. The humidity makes every site visit feel like a workout. You won't see us looking like we are in a magazine. There are usually coffee stains on our desks and mud on our shoes. Corporate talk doesn't really interest us. We just like seeing the structures go up and finishing the projects. It is a lot of stress and long hours, but looking at the skyline makes it feel okay. We are just one of many small companies trying to get things built. The office is often a mess of blueprints and empty tea cups. We just keep moving forward with the work.
