We're right on the ground floor at Samruddhi, which is Flat 001. It’s in the Jaihind CHS on 11th N S Road, over in Vile Parle West. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators, and people can just walk in from the street easily. Strategos is what we call the business, and we mostly look at hospitality stuff. That means we talk to people who run hotels or cafes and help them figure out the parts of their business that aren't working quite right. Vile Parle West is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just desks, some chairs for visitors, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. Usually, we just sit down with a client and listen to what’s bothering them about their kitchen or their front desk. We’ve spent years working in the industry, so we’ve seen most of the mistakes people make. We just offer our thoughts based on what we've seen happen in other places. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we stay dry inside and keep working through the files. It's a solid, local operation and we like being part of this community.
