St. Himelin Enterprises Llp

We are located way up on the 12th floor of the Kukreja Sea Garden building. It’s on 17th Road in Santacruz West. Being that high up is actually pretty nice because you get a bit of a breeze and it’s a lot quieter than the street level. We’ve been running St. Himelin Enterprises from this spot for a while now. The building is modern enough, though the elevators can get a bit crowded during the lunch hour when everyone is coming and going. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything. Our office is just a regular workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s just how we operate. 17th Road is a good part of Santacruz, and it’s easy for people to find us once they know the building name. We aren't really into marketing ourselves with big slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep our clients happy without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, and the view of the city lights from the 12th floor is actually quite good.
