We are located on the second floor of Arihant Heights, which is on VV Chandan Street in the Vadgadi area. It is right near Masjid Station in Mumbai, so it is almost always crowded and noisy around our office. Sparkling Realty And Developers LLP is our company name. Despite the name sounding a bit bright, we are actually just a bunch of people working in the grit of Mumbai real estate and development. Our office at room 203 is usually full of maps and legal documents. Being in Masjid Bunder means we are right in the heart of the old trading district. It is a busy place to do business. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the complexities of city buildings and land. It is a lot of work and sometimes it feels like we are just swimming in paperwork. We don't have a marketing team to write fancy stuff for us. We just talk like regular Mumbai folks. We know the streets around here well and we know how hard it is to get anything built in this city. Some days the traffic is so bad we barely leave the office, but other days we are all over the place. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass tower. We are just here on the second floor doing our best with the projects we have.
