Soulistic Cloud Kitchen Llp

Our kitchen is located in the A Wing of Skyvista Cooperative Housing Society, up on the 12th floor. We are right on Bhai Bhagat Marg in DN Nagar, which is a very busy part of Andheri West. Being a cloud kitchen, we don't have a storefront where people can walk in and sit down. It’s all about the orders coming in through the phone and the apps. Soulistic Cloud Kitchen is basically a hive of activity from late morning until late at night. The view from the 12th floor is nice, but we don't get much time to look at it because the stoves are always going. Andheri is the kind of place that never sleeps, and our kitchen is the same way. We deal with a lot of delivery riders coming up and down, and sometimes the society rules make things a bit complicated for them, but we figure it out. It’s a small space for a lot of cooking, so it gets pretty hot in there despite the fans. We don't use any corporate talk here; we’re just a bunch of people who like to cook and need to make a living. The address is a bit tucked away in a residential-style building, but it works for our setup. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the kitchen stays organized. It's a lot of washing dishes, chopping vegetables, and making sure the gas doesn't run out before the dinner rush starts.
