SMARTCON INFRATECH LLP

Smartcon Infratech LLP is situated in Mahim West, over at B1601 in the Dwarkamai CHS. We are tucked away on Bhagat Lane, which is right near the Star City Cinema and Taikalwadi. Being on the 16th floor means we are pretty high up, and we can see a fair bit of Mumbai City from the windows when the smog isn't too thick. It is a residential-style building, which gives the office a slightly different feel than a standard commercial tower. The area around Mahim is always alive with people, and Bhagat Lane can be a bit of a squeeze if you are driving a bigger car. We have been working from this Dwarkamai address for some time, handling all our infratech business from the comfort of this 16th-floor unit. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is being serviced, but usually, it is fine. The office is filled with the usual sounds of typing and phone calls. Being near the cinema means there is always a bit of a buzz in the neighborhood, especially in the evenings. We like the location because it is right in the heart of things, and the local food around Taikalwadi is actually quite good for a quick lunch. It is just a normal, busy Mumbai office where we try to stay organized and keep up with the various projects we have going on at any given time.
